He captures 40-years of leadership lessons in “Leadership Under Fire.”
Train and Deploy Leaders for the Church
“Leadership Under Fire: Developing Courageous Leaders for the Church” examines how ineffective leadership has taken root in our houses of worship. It describes the qualities needed to guide our congregations, and presents a plan to implement change. Bullets, RPGs, missiles, and mortars were a threat to Brigadier General Wiggins and the forces he led when he served in the military. Poor leadership is a threat crippling the church. It’s time to gird up, develop and deploy courageous leaders.
